Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1/4 Cup Hemp hearts

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled oats

  • 1/2 Cup Dried chopped mango (Tip: Make sure mango is the only ingredient!)

  • 1 TSP Ground turmeric

  • 2 TBSP Fresh squeezed lemon

  • 1 TBSP Water

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or high power blender.

2. Blend ingredients until texture is consistent and well blended.

3. Pour ingredients back into your small bowl. Grab a spoon full and place into your hands and roll into a ball shape. (Note: Turmeric can stain, suggest using gloves if you don’t want your hands yellow!)

4. Place balls on a plate, cover with saran wrap, and put in the fridge for 15-30 minutes for the balls to set. Enjoy!

Note: Balls will last in the fridge for 1 week. You can also store the balls in the freezer and will last up to 3 months. Balls can be kept at room temperature, but will be quite soft.
