Hi! I’m Amy.

I hold an ACE Personal Trainer Certification & 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification with specialty training in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. My Client-Centered Training focuses on creating fun, effective workout plans that will be programmed for you; gym-based or outdoors.

I design a wide range of workout formats from, strength training, functional movement, flexibility and mobility, high intensity interval training, and endurance training for sports performance.

I am committed to being your accountability partner on your journey to a better you and will formulate a structured, but modifiable plan to work towards your personal health, fitness, and well-being. 

Whichever goals you seek to accomplish, there are fun and rewarding ways to get there and we will find them together!

A little more about me…

I am a lifelong learner and naturally curious. Whether that’s learning a new skill, traveling to a new country, hiking to a mountain top, or challenging myself with a fitness goal, life’s adventure is what keeps me motivated and excited for new possibilities!

I started my professional career in the fashion industry working for big retailers for over 10 years. In 2021, I decided to make a career switch to Human Resources specifically, Learning & Development. This new role has a lot of connection with my passion for helping others professionally and personally through fitness.

Over the last 10 years I have taken part in yoga to calm my mind, stretch, and improve balance. I have also tested my mental and physical limits, running half marathons, and multi sport triathlons- including two Ironman 70.3!

I currently work part-time at a local health club as a Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor, and small group trainer. I have a small home gym where I train clients or travel to their homes.
